Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding (Abu Dhabi, UAE)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development, building strong client relationships, and promoting our services in the UAE. You’ll work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient service delivery while achieving sales targets and expanding our client base.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development and sales growth within the UAE region.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders in logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain.

  • Identify and target potential clients in the freight forwarding industry.

  • Promote and sell services, ensuring clients understand our value proposition.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • UAE driving license is a plus.
