Sales Manager - Freight Forwarding (Abu Dhabi, UAE)
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the UAE. In this role, you will develop and implement sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and oversee contract negotiations. You will also analyze market trends, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure the sales team meets targets.

Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales objectives and targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies for the UAE region in alignment with company goals.
Identify market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
Manage key client relationships and oversee contract negotiations.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to top-tier clients and decision-makers.
Ensure sales pipeline management and accurate reporting of sales activities and forecasts.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to drive business growth.
Our requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a sales team.
Strong knowledge of the freight forwarding and logistics market in the UAE.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver results.
